This policy ensures the safety and well-being of learners during 1:1 tutoring sessions. As the sole tutor, I am committed to maintaining a secure and supportive environment.

Learner safety is my priority, and I will address any safeguarding concerns immediately by following the correct reporting procedures.

Safeguarding Procedures

Reporting Concerns: Any suspicion of abuse or neglect will be reported directly to local safeguarding authorities.

Privacy Policy
At UnLimitEd, your privacy is important. We collect personal data such as contact details, payment information, and session records. All data is stored securely on an encrypted memory stick and/or in a locked filing cabinet. We are committed to safeguarding your information in accordance with GDPR.
Your personal data will never be shared with third parties without your consent. You have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your data at any time. We will retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.
We ensure all online data storage follows best security practices.

Terms, Conditions, Cancellation and Refund Policy
All sessions require advance payment. Once payment is made, the session will be confirmed. A zero refund policy is in place for cancellations.

Please note that all sessions must be paid for in advance.
There is a zero refund policy for cancellations. If you need to cancel a group session, we may provide a recorded version of the session for you. For 1:1 sessions, if cancelled with notice, you will receive work to complete, which will be marked and feedback provided.

UnLimitEd holds both public liability and professional indemnity insurance to ensure the highest standards of safety and professionalism in all tutoring services. This coverage gives peace of mind for both learners and their families, ensuring that your experience is safeguarded.
